Is it normal to feel like giving up on the GED?
Quote from Jack Harper on April 15, 2026, 11:02 amI’ve been struggling with the social studies and math modules for a few weeks now, and I’m starting to doubt if I’m cut out for this. It feels like no matter how many practice tests I take, the wording of the questions just trips me up every time.
I was so frustrated last night that I actually started looking into services to take my ged for me just to stop the constant stress. But honestly, I know that’s a risky path and it wouldn’t give me the actual knowledge I need for college later.
I’m trying to reset my mindset today. Does anyone have recommendations for YouTube channels or practice sites that explain things in very simple terms? I really need to get my confidence back and prove to myself that I can do this on my own.
