Send your product to us
Book a collection date online for our courier service to collect your product from you. Once we have received & assessed your product for its repairs, we will contact you with a quote to repair, estimated time scale and plan of works.
Find a local repair center
Abstract has a list of authorised repair centers around the world who can confidently carry out Abstract repairs using only genunine parts.
* Please note repair centers are not authorised to carry out warranty repairs. If you believe your product is under manufactures warranty you need to send your products directly to us.
Visit us
Repair whilst you wait! If you are local to one of Abstracts manufacturing facilities you can book a drop off or a drop and wait appointment and have your product repaired whilst you wait.
* Please do not attempt to turn up to our service facility without prior arrangement. Any drop in repairs that have not been arranged via our online repairs booking system will not be accepted.
Warranty repairs
Please check and make us aware if you believe your product is covered under Abstracts standard 1 year manufactures parts and labour warranty. For any extended warranties please make sure you have your extended warranty unique reference number handy when we contact you.
Self service repair
If you have experience in fault finding, pcb soldering and electronic device repairs, you could potentially self repair your Abstract products. All self service repairs are not backed by Abstracts warranty schemes, however all tools and technical guidance will be available to assist you with your repair.
